Hey Nancy and Didier! I am so jealous! Wish I was there!
The negotiations are done; Ross is pretty sure it's going to be the best in the country for this year. 5% each year, no rollbacks, no changes to rpt or tenure, health insurance for retirees, big improvements in family and parental leave, more faculty dev. money, etc. We're all relieved.
